Eligibility: Girls in Grades 8th - 12th, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024 Graduates

Please Note: You are registering for the 2020 Kent State Showcase Camp

Why Attend?: Instruction from and exposure to college coaches from across the Midwest. The 2019 Showcase brought in over 40 coaches from 5 different states. Division I, II, III, NAIA, & Junior Colleges were represented.

All Sessions are limited to number of participants with a maximum of 15 participants on a waiting list per session.

General Information:
→ Participants should wear sneakers and game/practice pants (no cleats will be allowed in field house).
→ Every girl will be given a color-coded t-shirt to wear the day of camp.
→ Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first session to check-in and turn in your medical forms.
→ Directions are located on the Facility / Directions tab on the navigation menu.
→ Apparel and concessions will be sold during the camp.

Sign Up Early: If the session you would like to attend is full and you are unable to attend another session, please use the Showcase Waiting List to reserve your place for openings.

Confirmations: Confirmations will be sent out via email once a registration is processed. Online registration and email is the primary method in contacting you with 2020 KSU Showcase Information.

Waiting List: Wait list campers must pay registration fees. If you do not get into a session your fees will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee. The $10 processing fee will cover all cancelled and/or unattended wait list sessions.

Insurance: Kent State University has purchased insurance for each participant that will cover injury over and above your primary insurance coverage. A first aid provider will be on duty. Each participant and all catchers must have KSU Medical Form turned in at check-in in order to participate. If you register online, you can access these forms in the Required Forms tab to the left. If you register after the online cut-off date, a parent must accompany the participant to sign the forms the day of camp.

Refunds: Your camp fee, less a $25.00 non-refundable administrative fee, will be refunded without questions if you cancel before December 21st, 2019 at 11:59 PM. At any time after that date, a refund less a $45.00 administrative fee will be made for medical reasons and extenuating circumstances. If it is a medical reason it must be accompanied by a signed medical statement from your physicians. If no request is made before camp begins, NO refund will be given, including no-shows.
