Participation: Due to this camp's popularity, participation in the camp will be determined by the order in which KSU receives payment. A confirmation will be sent via email after registration and upon receipt of payment. Cut-off for camp registration will be determined by the camper limits being met or will automatically be shut down Jan. 3, 2011. SIGN UP EARLY!!

Please understand that you are registering for the KSU Showcase Camp. The 2011 Queen of Diamonds Showcase, which is also being held at Kent State, is directed by Kirt Whiteside on January 8 & 9. Please visit www.theqsport.com for QDSN Showcase Tournament information. THE KSU SHOWCASE SESSIONS WILL NOT CONFLICT WITH THE QDSN GAMES.

Recruiting information sessions will provide athletes and parents with an understanding of the recruiting process. Topics include: levels of play, recruiting rules and regulations, timelines, academic requirements, scholarships, etc. Athletes that sign up may bring a parent or parents may sign up without the athlete. The recruiting session is open to any athletes, parents, or coaches from either event.Sessions are open to 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 graduates ONLY.

Pitching Showcase Camps:
Bring: A ball and you must have your own catcher
Cost: $60

Skills: Hitting, bunting and base running
Bring: A bat & helmet (if you have them) and a clean pair of shoes

Bring: A glove and a clean pair of shoes to wear in the Field House and catchers must bring their own equipment

Refunds

Your camp fee, less a $20.00 non-refundable administrative fee, will be refunded with out questions if you cancel before Dec. 15, 2010. At any time after that date, a refund less the $20.00 administrative fee will be made for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a signed medical statement from your physicians. If no request is made before camp begins, NO refund will be given, including no-shows.

***Campers on the Wait List will receive the camp fee less a $5.00 processing fee per wait list if she does not make it into the session.
